Where is Power Lift Equipment Made?

Power Lift equipment is made in Jefferson, Iowa. We build equipment to order using high quality materials including structural steel and premium components. Quality, durability and safety are our highest priorities. All Power Lift products are proudly Made in the U.S.A.

What are the lead times for delivery after I place my order?

When you are ready to place your order we can provide you an accurate lead time. The lead time varies depending on plant capacity. Your sales representative will work with you to determine when your order must be placed to meet a specific delivery date. We always do our best to satisfy a specific delivery date however the orders ship based on the order they are received.

What can I expect during delivery?

Power Lift typically delivers equipment using our own delivery teams and trucks. Our delivery teams are highly experienced, professional and provide full service installation. We utilize our own trucks and manpower to make sure the job is done right. Prior to delivery your representative will contact you for delivery details (access, special circumstances, etc.), and then the delivery team leader will contact you within 24 hours to provide a delivery time.

*We also offer "Common Carrier" or 3rd Party transportation on some items. Please call for more information.

Can you make custom products?

Absolutely. We can modify many of our products to meet your specific requirements. We have over 60 variations of our rack systems to start with. Your representative will consult with you to determine the best product to meet your needs.

Are your representatives knowledgeable?

Our representatives are very knowledgeable and are former Strength Coaches and/or industry veterans. Power Lift representatives often work together to find a solution for the customer. We believe in a team approach. List of Representatives

Can you help me design my room and provide floorplans and layouts?

Yes. We use CAD based software to help your design you room. We will need the room dimensions, location of access points, and ceiling height for your layout. Your representative will work with you to determine the best equipment to meet your goals.

What is your warranty?

The warranty varies between items however our racks have a lifetime warranty on the frames and steel components and our Pro Plate Load and Pro Select line have a 5 year warranty. Please contact us for specifics. Our products are extremely durable and rarely need service, however if you should ever need service it is just a phone call away.
